Connect you XERO Account

Integration to Xero allows you to send Invoices and Expenses to your Xero Account.

In this section you learn how to:
  1. Set up the Integration which allows the two applications to talk to each other.
  2. Which Invoices and Expenses are sent to Xero

STEP 1

Setting up the integration is as easy as going to the Connected Apps section of the application. You can get there via the Main Menu. It's under Settings > Connected Apps

STEP 2

You will be presented with a list of possible third party applications that you can connect to.

STEP 3

Click on the Connect to Xero button on the far right. This will bring up a pop up windown where you will be prompted to log into your Xero Account.

STEP 4

Once you do you will then need to select the Company file that you wish to connect to Beeswax. Needless to say you need to be sure to select the right one.

Note:

Invoices and Expenses are synced to Xero every 2 minutes

Only Finalised Invoice and Expenses are sent to Xero.

Only those invoices that you create or update (meaning their updated_at time/date stamp is updated) will be sent across or updated in Xero.
