Money Overview

Money is a core feature of Beeswax that's simple and intuitive.

Overview

Money in Beeswax goes well beyond just being able to generate Invoices and Expenses. Beeswax gives you a full double entry accounting system built in. You don’t need to run and integrate a separate accounting application to do simple things like reconcile your bank accounts or generate a BAS or VAT report if you don't want to. You can even create all your end of year financial reports so your accountant to do your Tax Return. It’s all seamless and part of the Beeswax app.

What’s with all the colours?

Beeswax uses different colour coding for Quotes, Invoices, and Expenses. It helps you quickly figure out what kind of document you’re working on. It might seem simple, but it’s super effective and helpful when you’re searching for things. You’ll see colour coding all over Beeswax, not just with these types of documents.

Money Search

Money search gives you a very specific way to locate a document. Anything to do with Money can be found here. You can use various parameters to narrow down your search.

Reporting

The Tax Report gives you the ability to easily prepare your regular monthly, quarterly or annual Tax reports, such as your BAS or VAT Reports.

And your Accountant can get access to the key reports they’ll need to prepare your Annual Tax Return.

  1. Profit & Loss
  2. Tax Report
  3. General Ledger
  4. PAYG (currently Australia Only)

Beeswax provides you, or whoever managers your accounts, with a powerful Bank Reconciliation process that is not only easy to use but provides a visual check on all your Bank Reconciliation status’. We think you and your Bookkeeper will love this and you’ll be sure to know if something changes when it shouldn’t.
