Delete an Item

You can delete an Item if needed

STEP 1

From the Main Menu open the Money section down the bottom. Select Items in the subsection.

STEP 2

This will bring up the List of all existing Items.

STEP 3

If the Item that you wish to Delete has been used in a Quote, Expense or Invoice then you won’t be able to Delete it. The Item will be used for the purposes of reporting and if you were to delete it then this report would not be possible.

Note that you will know if the Item has been Used as the Trach Can Icon will be Red and won’t allow you to Delete the Item. A popup note will also appear indicating this when you hover over the Trash Can Icon.

STEP 4

If the Item hasn’t been used before then you will be able to Delete it by clicking on Trash Can icon.

STEP 5

You will be promoted to confirm this action. If you’re OK with this then click the OK button and the Item will be deleted.
